You don't need crystals or incense. Meditation is simply bicep curls for your brain.
Every time your mind wanders and you bring it back to your breath, that is one rep. You are training the neural pathways of focus and emotional regulation.
Start with 2 minutes. Sit. Breathe. Count to ten. Repeat.
